Resolve : Deepkiran Foundation was founded in the year 2005. This trust is the brainchild of the famous house of the Amin's in United States of America. Shri Arvindbhai Amin & Smt. Bhagwatiben Amin developed the idea of child education in the remotes poorest villages of Gujarat . They had an idea of giving basic education to the children of these villages where there was no hope & ray of light to these children. The basic idea was to spread education in reading, writing, English, maths & social studies.

With this idea in mind Deepkiran Foundation got birth. Along with the Amin's, Shri Gordhanbhai Patel of Sanfransisco also nurtured this idea. Shri Gordhanbhai had adopted five villages in Dabhoi district. Thus, Deep Foods Pvt. Ltd. (inc) started Deepkiran Foundation. Deepkiran Foundatiion started its activities initially with two trustees & a secretary attached to this trust. Shri Jayantbhai Zalavadia was the first founder settler of this trust along with Shri Jaykumar Parikh, Smt. Ranjanben Parikh,. Shri Rambhai Ramolia{Secretary). & to help these trustees to carryout their duties successfully appointed Shri Nilesh Gosai. Initially the trustees located good villages in an around Ahmedabad, say within a radius of. about.70 to 100 k.m, They started their work in five villages of Vijapur & eight Villages of Dabhoi & distributed the basic needs like Slate & writing pens. They also distributed sleepers to these children were coming to the schools barefooted.
