Cooking Instructions
-
STEP 1
Prepare the Samosas: Preheat oven to 350°. Open your samosa box and remove the samosas. Microwave the samosas on high for 75 seconds. Then, spread them on a baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 16-18 minutes. Microwave the tamarind mint chutney pouch for about 15 seconds. Cut open pouch, stir, and pour into a bowl. Set aside.
-
STEP 2
Prepare the Naan Chips: Increase your oven to 400°. Remove 1-2 pieces of Naan from the bag and glaze with ghee to enhance taste. Heat in oven for 2-2 1/2 minutes, until golden brown and crisp. Cut into 2 inch strips. Set aside.
-
STEP 3
Prepare the Chutney: Pour the remaining chutneys into 2 or 3 different bowls. Don't forget your bowl of tamarin mint chutney for the samosas!
-
STEP 4
Assemble the Platter: Place the bowls of chutney, samosas, and naan chips on a large board. Place a variety of nuts, fresh fruits, vegetables, and cheeses in between, to fill out the board in an attractive way. Serve and enjoy!
