STEP 1
Boil and dice potatoes into quarter inch cubes.

On low flame, heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and cook until they change in color. Add asafoetida, curry leaves, chopped green chillies, salt, sugar, lemon juice, red chili powder and the boiled and cut potatoes. Mix well until a little crispy.

Finally, add the chopped coriander leaves, coriander powder, and crushed red chili and mix well. Serve hot and enjoy!
