Cilantro chutney is a staple in pretty much every Indian kitchens. Made with fresh cilantro, green chilies, ginger, and a splash of lemon juice, it’s blended into a smooth, vibrant green sauce that adds a burst of flavor to any dish. You can add some Deep garlic naan for a tasty snack or appetizer, or use it as a dip with samosas, pakoras, and more! This is a versatile condiment you’ll want to keep on hand. Cooking Instructions

STEP 1
Rinse and Prep: Rinse the cilantro and mint thoroughly. Roughly chop the chilies, garlic, and ginger for easier blending.

Blend: Add all ingredients to a blender or small food processor. Blend until smooth. Scrape down the sides as needed. Add more lemon juice or dahi to adjust consistency and taste.

Taste and Adjust: Add more salt, sugar, or lemon to balance the heat and acidity.

(Optional) Prepare the Naan: Preheat oven to 400°. Remove 1-2 pieces of Naan from the bag and glaze with ghee to enhance taste. Heat in oven for 2-2 1/2 minutes, until golden brown and crisp. Cut the naan into finger-length chips.

Serve: Serve alongside with the naan chips, or samosas, pakoras, kebabs, or anything else you like as a delightful dip.

Store: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days. For longer storage, freeze in ice cube trays and use as needed.
